The trustees and staff of the Asian Pacific American Women's Leadership Institute have worked to create a "place" where we can come to hear each other's voices, learn from one another, celebrate the many accomplishments of Asian and Pacific American women, nurture the spirit and deepened understanding of one-self.

We are driven by our vision to have ethical, caring and compassionate Asian and pacific American women at leadership tables.

Our great poet Puanani Burgess has taught us that we make the road by walking it. Leadership is relational, it's a process, just making the road.
